Post: Civil Recovery Att

Posted by Debbie on 9/04/06

    I have 2 questions....

Is it ethical for an attorney to own a civil recovery firm
and practice 5 different ares of law..defense
    shoplifting...family law..dui..mortgage?

    2. The lawyer is "of counsel" and doesn't step foot into
Civil Recovery office...It is almost as if he doesn't
    exist. VERY STRANGE!!!

    3. He is a member of the CA bar.
Civil Recovery practice seem to be corrupt...Do they have
to follow the Fair Debt Colloection Act? How do they get
    around this? Thanks, Debbie
