Post: Ethics Questions Cincerning Stock Sale

I am not an attorney. i am about to sell the equity in my
corporation. I will be needed for about 6 months after the
sale. I have cancer and could die but most probably will
not for at least 3 years.

Must I divulge to the purchasing company the status of my
health?
