Post: FRAUD by attny for product liability

I was severly burned (2nd & 3rd degree burns needing
surgery) by a faulty SUNBEAM heating pad.(I have been told
this company has MANY cases against them for simular
problems)

I was "strung along" (for 2 years) and "deceived" by their
attny "Moffett & Dillon". They made it sound like they
were going to settle asking me(several times):

"ADVISE ME ON WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN TERMS OF A
SETTLEMENT FOR THIS CLAIM".

I did not contact an attny due to this. They asked for all
medical & billing records & photos.They asked me to send
them the pad for their testing. I trusted. (STUPID!)

Then they pop up & cryed "statute of limitation is
over..ha..ha!"

I was just informed I may have a case against the
attorneys for "legal malpractice/fraud"?
(Their game w/ product liability ended that case. But the
injuries still remain!)

Who do I contact for a case like this?

Can I still be a part of any class action case if one
exist? How do I find out if one does?
