I recently made a lease out with Range Resources, in front
of An Atorney and the lease was notorized at the same
time, signed by the land agent representing the company
Lets just say for now this was for a hugh sum of
money.
The company offered this money for the minerals I
owned .They and the attorney promised me this lease was
going to be payed up in 90 days. At the end of 90 days
they sayed by the economy going down they would at the
beginning of 2009 pay me 20% over the next 5 years to
which i agreed to. than they came back and sayed the
ownership wasnt no good in which is a total lie because it
came from my great grandfather to my grand father to my
mother than to me I have every registered deed of
ownership up through to me . the attorny i had on this
lease didnot protect my interest after hireing him rather
than making this a lengthly message. I am wondering if
their are any attorneys out their that would be willing in
helping me out with this issue . send me an e-mail a
