We have carried insurance on my husband's daughter for 5
years. Child Support required we keep insurance until she
turned 18, she is now 21. They never filed on the
insurance, always used Medicaid. Medicaid has found out
about the insurance and is submitting bills for 2004 and
2005 which our insurance is denying due to the length of
time it took them to file. Will we still be held
responsible for the medical bills since insurance is
refusing to pay them?
