I want to change my sons last name. His Father DID sign
the birth certificate but really has had nothing to do
with him since. We have not done anything legally about
visitation and he pays absolutely NO child support. he
doesnt even call to ask how his son is doing. I am moving
out of state and am engaged to another man. What do I need
to do to change my sons last name to mine. I have no way
of getting in touch with my sons Father, do not know where
he lives, do not know his number to call. He has been gone
for almost a year now. All I want to do is change his last
name? Please help. Thank you.
