16 yr old took his vehicle out after 9PM (not licensed to
do so) and let a friend drive since he couldn't. After
argusment with parents, he left and has been staying with a
single mom and her teenage and 10 yr old daughters. This
woman feels sorry for him, thinks he is mistreated (he's
not) and is doing nothing to get him to return home. Not
the first time he has left and went to this womans home.
What can parent do? Is this woman breaking the law in NY?
