I have contacted my employer's garnishment dept. They told me they do not show a caseworker assigned to my case, therefore they are requiring a court order. I contacted my county district clerk's office, they told me I would need a form( they did not say which form) filled out requesting to stop the child support and have a judge sign it. Then I can fax that to my employer so they can stop the garnishment. So I really need to know which "form" I need, the clerk's office said I could find at law library, but they suggested I hire attorney. I would rather do myself if possible. Thanks > > >
