The money probably does go directly to the child's needs. Food, clothes, roof, water, electricity, entertainment, school supplies, a bed, medicines on and on.The custodial parent should NOT be accountable by receipt to you at all. If the custodial parent is not caring for the child in an appropriate manner there are things you can and should do.
