    Yes, and he likely will succeed.

    Since both of your posts say nothing about him signing the
    birth certificate, AND you acknowledge he is not biofdad, he
    has every right to repel your efforts to make him pay child
    support for a child born two months after your marriage to
    him and for a child you both know is not his.

    fyi: In some states: Even if he did sign the birth
    certificate, the man named on the birth certificate has the
    right to challenge paternity (along with certain other
    persons given that right under your state's laws).

    How sad for the child, but your husband should not have to
    pay for another man's child under the circumstances you have
    presented in your post.
