my wife had to take out a protection order against my Ex
wife for my ex making a threat to kill her and my son. My
wife was granted a civil perm. Protection order and now my
ex wife has not allowed me to talk to or see my children
since Aug 10, 2007. I am ordered to have every other
weekend and I missed my daughters birthday. I filed an
Enforcement of Parenting time, but what I am wondering is
this... Is she going to get away with not allowing me to
see or talk to my kids because my wife had to get a
protection order against her? The order ONLY prevents my
exwife from coming with in 100 yards of my wife and son.
They do not come to exchanges, and we live 4 hours away
from my ex.
