I have recently served a summons, complaint and
accompanying automatic court orders via registered mail to
a defendant in France. I can't get a return of service to
file with the Court. Does anybody know of the personal
process servers that specialize in serving in France? I
believe they're called "de huissiers". I need to get a
contact to call, any help would be appreciated as this
divorce is holding up an international adoption proceeding.
