I'm currently married but will be getting divorced this
year(separated now)... I'm the primary care giver of my
current wife. She has diabetes, high blood pressure and
other ailments. So I take care of her. And her sickness is
a main reason why we haven't divorced yet... We also
decided to take care of all bills before we got a
divorce... I still want to be able to take care of her the
best way that I can, But I'm also currently in
relationship and I will want to get married again in the
future. The person who I'm in a relationship with
understands that I need to take care of her and she always
helps out. I guess what I want to know is what constitute
a dependant and could I make/ consider my wife as one?
