My ex daughter in law allowed her boyfriend to hurt my 9
year old grandson. My son got an order of protection
against him and he was in jail for two days. My son seems
to think he can let my grandson go over there because they
got an order of protection, but does he have to let him
go? He is trying to get full custody of him. The state's
attorney told him they dont think they can win this case
because his mother acts like she knows nothing about it.
My grandson said she was in the next room. Shouldn's he
only get supervised visitation if that?
