Help you do what?

Your assessment that the woman is not mentally stable is
meaningless. It's what a licensed medical care provider
says that matters. And, so far, you haven't said anything
other than she gets disability checks which could be for
any number of possible disabilities that have nothing to do
with any mental challenges.
