i had supervised visits from Feb 2006 - Jan 2007 i would
have been out of them sooner if had the money for court, and
they didn't see the need for me to be in them in the first
place. But i need to get the records of the visits and how
my kids and i did well, because my ex is telling me that
there are visits that were classified as unsuccessful
visits, witch i know to not be true. i know just from that,
that she will try to use it against me, whether its true or
not. I have tried to get the records since the place said i
could have them, but when i try to call either no one
answers, or and they don't return my calls, as well as my
lawyers. Is there any other way to get these records without
needing to get them subpoenaed to court? i would rather not
have to wait longer or put anything on hold over these
records, but i do want ALL information, useful or not,
pertaining to this custody matter
