My ex-wife lives in Texas. I have custody of all our three
children here in Tennessee. We are divorced, but we are
still fighting over our assets and custody of our
children. The court said that may ex-wife is required to
supply me with necessary tax things, perhaps for child tax
exemption. My question is: What tax form is my ex-wife
supposed to send to me in order for me to get the most
out of this taxes season?

Because of a four-car accident, I was not able to work
this whole year of 2008. Does this mean I will not receive
any money from the IRS (since I did not put anything into
the tax structure in the first place? Thank you.
