Last year Ex filed charges of DV against me. She had me put
in jail and told judge she is in complete fear of me and she
wants me to stay away from her. Fine by me. Anyway, when I
got out of jail she had called me three times and I kept
telling her she can't call me. I told my probation officer
and he suggested I tell the judge. So I wrote a letter to
the judge and now he wants to see us in his court room next
week. My ex now wants to start dealing with each other
directly instead of thru a third party. She wants to start
having the drop off/pick up at each other's houses again. My
parents do the exchange of our son at the police station. I
do not want to deal with her anymore and I told the judge
this. She lies and is very manipulative. Right now she is
trying to act like my mothers best friend when my mother
picks up our son. I am not sure how to deal with all of
this. I have moved on and am now in a good relationship. Any
advice on how to deal with this whole situation, what to say
in court to get the judge to understand that this person is
a lair and very manipulative sure would be greatly
appreciated. This is a criminal law judge and not the family
court judge.
