Ex-wife will take house in divorce settlement and divorce
will be granted on 6, July, however, there is a summary
judgment hearing on 20 July to discover assets. If I lose
case will the house be protected by divorce? Bank is
trying to get an abstract of judgmentand may seek the house
that is paid for.
Texas attorney says that house will be protected by
divorce.
