on feb 4,2010 my xhusband gone to court for arrears child
support. He had in the past a court order to pay me $600.00
a month got laid off and stop paying me. He now recieve
unemployment benefits in the amount of $1,568.00 a month
and tell me his lawyer said he dont have to give me
anything. He now owe me $6,000.00 and we gone to court and
the judge told him he now has to pay me $700.00 a month but
he call me and said the judgement was thrown out!! He also
owe the welfare dept. So how did the judgement get thrown
out an why he doent have to pay me?????
