In the past, my hub had paid his ex wife child support.
The ex notified the child support court that my hub met
his obligations and always paid child support. She signed
a motion to revoke. However, the child support had been
paid directly to her, and the court account still show all
the child support owed. How can my hub defend himself and
have that child support account corrected, since his ex
filed a motion marking on the form that the child support
had been paid. Now the other State is saying my ex has an
outstanding balance.
