No parenting plan filed with courts Arizona
I have a question regarding a parenting plan, So the parent
was awarded sole custody by default and there was no
parenting plan filed with the courts. The questions I have
are 1. What are the rights of the non custodial parent as
to visitation ( on the order it state resonable parenting
time) what does that pertain to? 2. Would the solde
custodian be held in contempt for not allowing the
visitation to the non custodial parent? 3. If the custodial
parent has good reason to no allow the visitation such as
the other non custodial parent harrassing and threatening
the other parent with fraud and having agencies come and
inspect the home, can the custodian file reports with the
local police office for documentation for court, if need
be?
