Hello
according to one attorney, My prenup is flawed. I had it
done by a crappy paralegal. My wife agreed in principle to
all the terms again, but now she doesnt want to sign. We
are COMPLETELY separate in terms of our finances and own
nothing in joint and have no children together. I have
assets to protect and I do not want anything to be
contested should a hostile divorce ever take place. Am I
worrying too much or what is a REASONABLE course of
progression or action.
