I live in Bucks County PA, ex BD has a per diem job. He
travels about 60 miles each way for his job and most of his
wages are per diem (untaxable). He is in a specialized
field, so him finding something closer to his home is
unlikely. What would support be based on? I've done some
research and have gotten mixed answers.
