My mother married a man from Jordan almost 3 years ago. The
marriage took place in Jordan and they have been here for
the past 2 1/2 years. He does not yet have his permanent
green card and recently my mom found out that he has been
cheating on her for the last 2 years. He only used her to
get to the US and now she wants to get an anulment. When
she does, will this mean he will be sent back to Jordan
because it was all fake from the begining??? Please help!!!
