My dads cuban and came to the united states in the 1970's
illegally, he was arrested and did prison time in the early
80's. Ever since he has been a lawful abidding person. Can
i petition him to stay in the u.s. (i was born here). My
father is still here in the us but he is increasingly
becoming paranoid, that one of these days once he goes to
immigration that they are going to keep him
