What is the administrative review of US immigrant visa
process?
Does US immigrant visa get issued after administrative
review?
How long does it take to do the administrative review?
I contacted several times at US consulate in India about
my daughter's immigrant visa application status and I was
told that her case was pending for administrative review.
It was almost 3 months since she appeard her second
immigration interview but she was told that her
application needed an administrative review.
