Post: EB-5 Pilot Visas -- good area to practice?

Hello, I am an attorney who may have an opportunity to work
on some EB-5 Pilot Visas. Does anyone have insight in
practicing in this area?

I was curious about potential malpractice and ethical
issues. Are there any red flags to this area?

I am aware of some regional centers giving referral fees,
and I also wonder what happens if the immigrant's investment
goes bad. As their attorney, are you liable?
