I am an E3 visa holder currently residing in Portland, OR.
My spouse works on a EAD at company X.

We want to reapply for an E3 Visa where my spouse is the
primary visa holder with Company X. In the past we have
applied for E3's in Sydney Australia without a problem. This
time we want to apply in Vancouver Canada.

Would there be any issues with doing this from your experience?
