Post: alcohol arrest

potential client was arrested as college freshman for
alcohol incident. given probation, ended up with citation
rather than conviction (similar to traffic ticket). is
now a college senior. arrived u.s. as refugee, now is
permanent resident. does she need to wait five years from
alcohol incident to apply for citizenship
