I believe that is correct, however, I would highly advise
you to actually obtain an attorney if you're going to do
anything during removal proceedings. Their knowledge and
experience will be worth it's weight in gold. They will
literally prepare and file everything for you, all you'll
have to do is show up when they tell you to.
