On May 2006 I got to US on L1B visa and worked until March
2008 with same company. During that time my company bought
by US company, sothey transferred my L1B visa to the US
company on April 2008, work there until Feb' 2009 and then
got laid-off and been w/o job until April 2010 which I
joined to the company that I work now, this company issued
for me H1b,LC got approved, I-140 got approved jusy
recently and now ready to file I-485.

I'm in EB2 processing.

Is the gap of 13 month in employment in my past will affect
my I-485 approval?
