New to Immigration Law. Business client is citizen of Italy
and entered U.S. legally on work visa. He has been working
at same job as manager for several years and has also
married U.S. citizen about 7 years ago and has child born
in U.S. His visa has expired. What can he do to remain in
U.S. and get Green Card?
