Hi,
I am a legal immigrant working on a visa in the USA. I
have been arrested, charged and found guilty of 1
misdemeaner.

can I be deported?
When I go back to my country, do I have still accese to
the USA for vacations or if my flight as to stop by new-
york to go to France?
