I have been convicted of a crime of moral torpitude.

I have hired a lawer, and he as agreed to represent me to
vacate the judgement of the court or judge.

If we win our case, do we have to go back to court for any
pretrial or trial?

Or do will i have to back back to court and do all trial
to get a not guilty or no contest?
