I was charged a year ago with grand theft but was reduced
to a misdemeanor. I completed all my terms which was 1
year informal probation, 120 hours of community service,
and court fines. I am filing for expungment currently.
Assuming that this misdemeanor is expunged, what are my
chances of successfully filing for naturalization in the
u.s.?
