I have a question. I am a physician on a J-1 visa. I
wanted to apply for a hardship waiver but wanted to know
if it approved how will my change of status occur.. I am
going into fellowship that will only take J-1s. My brother
has already petitioned I- 130 for me. My parents are
Greencard holders ( 2 yrs now). I am married with 2 US
citizen kids. I just want to know what options I have.
