I recently became a U.S. citizen but my husband did not.
My child just turned 14 couple of days ago. Is he
automatically a citizen right now, or do I have to take
further action for him to become a citizen? If so, what do
I have to do? By the way, I sent in my child's translation
of birth certificate but it was not accepted. USCIS, in a
letter, said that photocopies and notary translation are
not accepted.
