Post: Removed while 130 pending

Please advise my brother filed an 130 in 1/9/98, he was
removed on 2/2000 since he was ilegal, his application was
approved on 12/30/00, he got was sent notice of the
approval on 1/3/01. I know that the processing centers are
backed, but could his deportation had been prevented? Ok,
more to the story, he came back, twice, he is on his third
deportation facing prosecution. Could anything had been
different.maria perez
