Hello to all! This is my situation. My husband filed for
divorce to be with another woman. I have no job and got two
babies form him 8mo and 3 yrs old. We are married 4 yrs and
we are now fighting for custody in court. I dont know whats
the law in California but my question is how can I enforce
the affidavit of support I-184 that he signed for me? I
still believe I'm lucky because I got my LPR while the
divorce paper are still on file. My conditional status was
adjusted right away this month. Can I sue my
husband/sponsor for whats in the affidavit? Pls help me!? I
just want to know for my two sons future. By the way he
doesnt want to pay child support and alimony.
