Is this a home owners policy or a health insurance policy? If it is a home owners policy, it is not to cover health problems regardless of the cause. If a tree fell on your house, and landed on you in the bed and injured you, the roof would be covered, but you would not be. There are exceptions to this in some policies in regards to your guest and accidents.
Basicly, if you are referring to a health insurance policy you may have a case, but with a home owners policy you have no case because the policy more than likley does not cover health and only covers the risk or dwelling..... Adjuster...
