Post: Biotech PhD. How to get started in IP Law? Help.

I will be finished with my Cell and Molecular Biology PhD
by the end of 2005 and am interested in pursuing a career
in Patent Law.
How does one go about finding firms that offer employment
as a technical specialist and will also pay law school
tuition? I am currently in the Northern Colorado/Denver
area, but would consider a move to California.
Any and all responses are greatly appreciated. I really
need to know how to get started. Please helpa future PhD
with aspirations in IP law.
