I have been in business using same company name since 1990,
including having website since 1995. I filed for a patent
in March 2004; someone has purchased a similar domain name -
- the word "the" not included and is presently offering to
sell it. Since my patent application is "under review" do I
have any rights to stop this individual from using/selling
the domain?
