Post: eviction help

I have a tenant that has been chronically late on the rent
payments and has caused damages to the house that goes
well beyond normal wear and tear. Have a lease with her
for a year and she has only been there since Aug. The
property is located in Butler Pennsylvania what steps do I
have to take legally to get her out?
