Only if the landlord allows you out of the lease. Remember
that when you signed the lease agreement, you signed a legal
contract between you and the property owner.

If he/she doesn't let you out of the agreement, you can leave
but will be responsible for any rent monies until the
apartment is rented. However, landlord must mitigate his/her
damages; rent your apartment as quickly as possible.
