We (my husband & I) are new to the "Landlord business."
We have rented our townhouse in PA this past year. The
tenants are habitually late with their rent payments. The
lease is due for renewal in June. Are we required to give
them written notice within a certain amount of time before
the lease is terminated, that we will not be renewing
their lease and wish them to vacate?
