Our landlord of 6 months [we signed a year lease] became
verbally abusive, loud, argumentative when we asked in
writing about needed repairs, her solution was to come to
our home and put a letter in our mail box, telling us never
to call her house at 6:15 AM [Previously we called by
mistake which at the time the landlord said she understood]
however once she received our letter of repair she became
combative and started yelling on the phone and abruptly
hung up. We are walking on egg shells not knowing what she
will do next. We never signed a inspection. We plan to move
for our personal safety
