I recieved a 1000.00 deposit from a couple. after days of
trying to qualify them ,there were trying to scam me about
a eviction and could not give me the dismissal of the
eviction as they stated had occured.She finally called and
stated her husband had been told his work hours had been
cut and they couldnt afford to rent now.Can I keep this
deposit,some of it ,I do know I can keep the application
fee of 35 dollars.We are in Brevard co Florida.Thanks
