We signed lease and moved in Jan - paid 3500 in deposits
and have never been late on rent as it is an allotment.
We are military. This is the problem. We have a pool - I
called him to aske what day they plan on opening it, he
said never - (lease states Memorial Day _ I wanted to call
since Memorial Day is HOliday) He told me he is tired of
all of our calls - The last time we called them was in
Feb - the hot water heater went out - He says he wants us
off his property, never to call, write or come to his
business (he owns a glass co in Fredericksburg, VA -
sooooooooooo since the pool opening is in the lease - is
the lease voided by his not complying with his owns terms
if he does not infact open the pool?
