Post: landlord refusing to provide hot water to tenants

hi, i would appreciate what advice i can obtain. i have a
landlord refusing to provide myself and my three children
with hot water. i called him last wednesday to let him
know the hot water tank broke. he will not contact someone
to fix this problem. i cant afford to pay for someone to
fix it. i pay hom 1300 a month for rent and i am current
with my rent. please help me if you can. thank you. robin
